What types of emergency cover do you offer?

After purchase, will I be covered immediately?
At the time of purchase you will be asked to provide a start date which
is no less than 48 hours from the date of purchase. Your cover will
become effective from this date.

How do I make a claim on my Car Breakdown Cover policy?

Freephone UK emergency assistance helpline numbers are issued when you purchase your cover.
Just call this number in the event of a breakdown and we aim to have a
breakdown specialist with you in under 40 minutes.

What type of vehicles do you cover?
The vehicle declared to us. Cover extends to include any caravan or
trailer attached to the vehicle at the time of the breakdown.
The vehicle, excluding any caravan or trailer, must not weigh more than
3.5 tonnes gross vehicle mass or be over 5.5 metres (18 feet) in length,
or over 2.3 metres (7 feet 6 inches) wide.
Any caravan or trailer attached to the vehicle must not exceed 7.6
metres (25 feet) in length.

Can you cover my Trailer/Caravan?
Yes, however, any caravan or trailer attached to the vehicle must not exceed 7.6 metres (25 feet) in length.

Which countries in Europe does my Car Breakdown cover me for?
With a valid promotion code your Car cover will automatically be extended to The European Union, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland and Turkey (West of the Bosphorus).
Without a valid promotion code you are covered for journeys within The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

How do you offer such a saving on prices?

When will I receive my documents?
Once your payment transaction has been confirmed. You will be able to download your policy certificate and documentation from the confirmation page. We will also send you a copy of your documents
by email and put a hard copy in the post just to be sure you receive
them.

Can I change my mind?
Our policies contain a 14 day cooling off period. In the event that you feel the cover does not meet your requirements, please contact us within the cooling off period and we will cancel your policy. Your premium will be refunded in full providing you have not made a claim or used the service.

What happens if I change my vehicle or move address during the period of cover?
You must keep us informed of any changes to your circumstances during the period of cover. In particular you must call us before you change your vehicle or if you move address so we can transfer your cover in time. Cover is transferrable providing the changes meet with the terms and conditions of the policy.

Will my policy be automatically renewed?
Yes. Our membership packages are offered on a recurring annual payment method. However, for your peace of mind we will still contact you by letter and by email at least 4 weeks prior to your renewal advising you of this and also offering you the opportunity to opt out of your membership.
