After purchase, will I be covered immediately?
At the time of purchase you will be asked to provide a start date which
is no less than 48 hours from the date of purchase. Your cover will
become effective from this date.

How do I make a claim on my Home Emergency/Boiler Cover policy?

Just call this number and if your claim is accepted an approved
contractor will assist you as quickly as possible.

How long will I have to wait before someone comes out in an emergency?
We aim to have an emergency technician with you within 2-4 hours.

How many callouts can I make in one year?
You have unlimited callouts with our home emergency cover or boiler
cover. Each one will cover up to £500 of emergency repairs.

How do you offer such a saving on prices?
Offering our products via the web reduces our fixed costs and overheads to those of our competitors. We can then pass these savings onto our customers.

Do you cover parts and labour for an emergency repair?
For each call out you make, up to £500 of emergency repairs are covered for; labour, parts and materials including VAT.

Emergency repairs are normally your landlord's responsibility. We only provide cover for owner occupiers.

I am a landlord, can I take out Home Emergency Cover or Boiler Cover?
If you rent out rooms in your own home and if you live there as well we can normally cover your property.

Is it safe to make my payment online?

In addition, all your online application details are encrypted using the latest and most powerful security encryption technology available before being passed onto Sage Pay for processing.

When will I receive my documents?
Once your payment transaction has been confirmed. You will be able to download your policy certificate and documentation from the confirmation page. We will also send you a copy of your documents
by email and put a hard copy in the post just to be sure you receive
them.

Can I change my mind?
Our policies contain a 14 day cooling off period. In the event that you feel the cover does not meet your requirements, please contact us within the cooling off period and we will cancel your policy. Your premium will be refunded in full providing you have not made a claim or used the service.

What happens if move address during the period of cover?
Your must keep us informed of any changes to your circumstances during the period of cover. In particular you must call us before you move address so we can transfer your cover in time. Cover is transferrable providing the changes meet with the terms and conditions of the policy.

Will my policy be automatically renewed?
No. We will contact you by letter and by email at least 3 weeks prior to your renewal advising you of this and also offering you the opportunity to opt out of your membership.
